Code of Conduct Policy

Responsibility

The Company shall:

  • Carry out the business in order to support and respect the protection of international proclaimed human rights
  • Strive to ensure that operations are consistent with legal principles applicable in the country of operation
  • Not engage in or support the use of child labor
  • Not discriminate workers representatives and they shall have access to carry out their representative functions in the workplace. Freedom of association and right to collective bargaining are respected
  • Not discriminate in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation
  • Not tolerate harassment, including sexual harassment, under any circumstances. Responsibility lies with all employees to ensure that harassment does not occur
  • Conduct our business in compliance with all anti – bribery and corruption, anti – money laundering laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 the Norwegian Penalty code section 276 a – 276 c and other legislation applicable to our industry
  • Prohibit bribery in all business transactions that are conducted directly with third parties, subsidiaries, joint representatives, consultants, brokers, contractors, suppliers or any other
  • Comply with our Contractors  and Clients anti corruption policies and procedures
  • Support the elimination of all forms of forced labor
