Eidesvik Offshore ASA’s (EIOF) vision is to be a powerhouse for future-oriented shipping and marine operational solutions within green platform supply vessels, offshore wind and subsea, and to position the company at the front end of the development of zero emission shipping solutions.

Our main goal is to increase and secure the EIOF’s long-term financial and sustainable value creation, and thereby create the basis for further growth, secure jobs and increased shareholder value. We seek to achieve this by ensuring that our vessels have the highest possible degree of long-term employment on sustainable day rate levels.

Eidesvik’s board has set guidelines for the company’s contact with shareholders beyond the general meeting. This is described in the board’s annual report. The company publishes its financial calendar annually and the annual reports, quarterly reports and quarterly presentations are made available on the company’s website and the Oslo Stock Exchange.
