Viking Princess

ConocoPhillips has awarded a contract to MV Viking Princess for the support of two exploration wells in the Norwegian Sea.

The first well will be drilled on the Warka field and is estimated to 85 days. The second well is included as an option and will be drilled on Slagugle, estimated to 35 days.

Viking Princess will supply the drilling rig «Leiv Eiriksson».

The operations will mainly be supplied from the port of Vestbase in Kristiansund

The commencement of the contract is 5 August 2020 in Tananger.
