Report for Q1 2026

Eidesvik Offshore ASA (the “Company”) publishes its first quarter 2026 results.

For Q1, revenue and EBITDA were NOK 185.2 million and NOK 57.7 million
respectively. EBITDA margin was 31%. Operating result (EBIT) was NOK 5.6 million
and result after taxes was NOK 41.5 million.

Fleet utilisation for the quarter was 93%.

A presentation of the results will be held on 13 May 2026, at 08:30 am CEST by
CEO Helga Cotgrove and CFO Lars Tufteland Engelsen. The presentation will be
