Eidesvik Offshore ASA will release its Q3 2025 report on 6 November 2025. The
report will be available at www.eidesvik.no and www.newsweb.no.

A presentation of the results will be held on 6 November 2025 at 08:30 am CET by
CEO Helga Cotgrove and CFO Lars Tufteland Engelsen.
