Correction: Changes to the Board of Directors

Correction – The below stock exchange notice is a correction of the stock exchange notice published on July 1, 2022. New employee representative as substitute member is corrected from Børre Lindanger to Petter Lønning.

The employees of the Eidesvik Offshore ASA group of companies have elected new employee representatives as board member and substitute member to the Board of Eidesvik Offshore ASA. Johnny Olson has replaced Tore Hettervik as board member, and Petter Lønning has replaced Johnny Olson as substitute member. Johnny Olson and Petter Lønning have been elected for one year.
