Approval of the Annual Report for 2020

The Board of Directors of Eidesvik Offshore ASA (“Eidesvik” or the “Group”) has today approved the Director’s report and audited financial statements for 2020 for both the Group and the parent company (the “Annual Report”). The final financial statements for 2020 are in accordance with preliminary accounts published on February 25, 2021. The Annual Report’s going concern assumption depends on the outcome of the ongoing negotiations with the lenders, and the Audit Report includes an emphasis of matter in respect of going concern in relation to the ongoing negotiations.
